With an impressive tenure of over 32 years, his specialization in Business Tax Consulting and Strategic Management has been pivotal. His insights into the business environment, coupled with his in-depth financial knowledge, have immensely benefited our clientele.
CA Partha Narayan’s experience is extensive, with a strong track record in conducting Statutory Audits for listed companies, and managing Tax Audits across Direct and Indirect taxes. His global tax consulting proficiency has supported numerous domestic and international clients.
An expert at handling Mergers, Acquisitions, and business restructurings, his work is well-recognized in the areas of FDI/ODI compliances. His role is critical in aiding clients to craft robust financial strategies and ensuring meticulous statutory compliance, providing a solid foundation for their businesses to thrive both locally and globally.
CA Riaz Ahmed, B.Com, FCA, DISA(ICAI)
CA Riaz Ahmed is a key member of our team with a focus on practicality and clarity. After beginning his career with us through an apprenticeship, he has been in practice since 2002 and has developed a vast 18-year expertise in accounting, auditing, tax, and finance.
He’s not only a skilled Chartered Accountant but also holds two important qualifications in auditing information systems: DISA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the globally recognized CISA certification.
At present, CA Riaz Ahmed manages our Outsourced CFO Services and takes the lead on Information System and Forensic Audits. He’s exceptionally good at helping businesses navigate complex issues simply and effectively.
CA.Raghupathy K A., M.Com, FCA, LLB, DISA(ICAI)
After completing articleship with the firm., worked as Management Industrial Trainee in Bharat Electronics Ltd. He is into practice since 2006. He is a law graduate , a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA and a diploma holder in IND (AS) awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He currently handles Financial Reporting , Audits, Assurances a, Tax representations and consultancy services on project implementation and viability.
